What is the delivery time of my order?

The estimated delivery period in the Netherlands is 2-4 working days. The delivery time can vary within each country, depending on the content and origin of the shipment. If you would like to know exactly when your order will be delivered, please contact our customer service.

How do I track and check the status of my order?

First you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way. After that our carrier send you an email with the tracking link.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular, we recommend double-checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Shipping

Does ML Collections ship for free?

ML collections does not charge shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands. For shipments outside the Netherlands, we charge a fee depending on the country.

The cost for Express shipments depends on your country, for Express shipping we also count a fee inside the Netherlands.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, all products can be shipped internationally, prices and delivery times may differ. Questions about your order? Please contact us via info@mlcollections.nl.

Returns

How can I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unworn (all cards should be attached) articles within 14 days of receipt. Note: the return costs are for the buyer. ML Collections is not liable for the damage and/or loss of packages that are returned. Therefore, please check the proof of shipment at the service point and keep it in a safe place.

You can also return your purchase in our own ML Collections brand shops, in Amsterdam, Laren or Den Haag. Here you will receive a letter of receipt and your money will be refunded in the same way as paid for it in the webshop. We can’t give you your money back in the store unfortunately, due to administration regulations.

How much time do I have to return an item?

You may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt (own expense). For more information, see our Terms & Conditions

I have received the wrong product/size, what shall I do?

Can I exchange an item for another size or colour?

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. We ask you to place a new order for the desired item.

When will the amount be refunded for my return?

Upon approval, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Turnaround time on a credit card or via iDeal always depends on your bank.
